Thomas is keenly interested in learning about the Titanic. His mom suggests they go to the local library and see what information they can find. When they return, Thomas searches the internet for additional resources and is delighted to find many ways he can learn more about this topic. During his inquiry Thomas has fun reading, analyzing and organizing vast amounts of information. He is thinking about what he is reading, asking questions, drawing inferences and synthesizing information.
